Crew - Front of House

Department: Operations FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Part-time

POSITION PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for working in the front of the restaurant taking guest orders, bussing tables, answering telephones while helping us to achieve our mission statement: To Profitably Provide Consistently Good Food and Great Service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to guests in compliance with GPI standards.

• 
  Operate POS system to process orders, accept payment and/or make change for orders.
  

• Assemble beverages and dishes for guests as needed.

• 
  Serve products to guest tables in the dining room.
  

• Keep buffet warmer stocked with product to meet GPI standards during buffet hours. Let the back of house crew know what products need to be made when quantities are running low.

• 
  Stock and organize dishes, paper products, ice, pop, syrup containers and condiments.
  

• Cleaning of restaurant and grounds to meet GPI standards in compliance with the Operations Manual.
  

• Set up and disassemble salad bar to GPI standards as listed in the Operations Manual. Fill and rotate product crocks as needed.

• 
  Complete all bus/dish duties as needed (see bus/dish job description).
  

Other duties as needed for restaurant to run efficiently and effectively.
