Job description
Requirements:
- 6month minimum Experience - We will train the right person.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Ability to read and understand landscape architectural plans.
Responsibilities:
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Train, motivating, and coaching employees to provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Achieve business and profit objectives.
- Maintaining a clean truck and job site.
- Generating reports and presenting information to managers or other parties.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Pay:
- $19-24+/Hour, 40+ hours per week. Depends on experience.
