Position Details
Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm 80hrs/bi-weekly pay period
OR
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other weekend 3:00pm - 8:30pm 40hrs/bi-weekly pay period
Position Summary
The Custodial/ Housekeeper will maintain the appearance and general cleanliness of the community for the comfort and use of residents, family members, visitors, and employees. The Custodial/ Housekeeper will deliver staff and resident packages, maintain equipment, assist independent residents when needed or required.
Essential Job Requirements
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Ability to read, write and speak the English language
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience preferred
Physical Demands
Occasionally: Lifting/Carrying 55+ lbs. Pushing/Pulling 1-50+ lbs. Sitting Crawling Climbing Stairs Climbing Ladders
Frequently: Lifting/Carrying 55 lbs. Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching
Continuously: Standing and Walking.
