As the Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager for our Front-Line Care team at Baxter. You will be joining a fast-paced, growth-oriented team in Baxter. In partnership with the category leaders, the Customer Advocacy Leader will develop and execute the customer advocacy strategies and tactics for the Vision, Patient Monitoring, Physical Exam & Diagnostics, and Cardiology portfolios. This person will offer focus on capturing voice of customer (VOC) in different mediums that will support the broader advocacy marketing strategy. This role will have great intimacy with our respective value propositions, target audiences and channels for engagement. Execution includes capturing and publishing user generated content (UGC) from customers to expand brand credibility and enhance our respective value propositions. This person will improve business performance by expanding our reach and improving our visibility within our target audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute the customer advocacy marketing strategy to protect and grow our existing customers, as well as acquiring (PGA) new
Partner closely with downstream marketing leadership to align on key strategies
Create innovative ways to identify and create access to advocates
Translate user generated content into marketing assets
Nurture customer relationships to create KOLs
Develop a pipeline of potential advocacy opportunities and actively work to drive to a publicly facing deliverable
Provides information on funding opportunities to support advocacy and partnership work
Will successfully create reference sites and secure testimonials for all product categories
Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio and respective GTM strategies, with the ability to translate to an executable, advocacy strategy
Will manage projects focused on setting the infrastructure to secure the intimate consumer connection needed to effectively identify advocacy targets and stories
Will partner the appropriate organizations to ensure complete integration of UGC into business generation tactics
Will manage a set of core KPIs including but not limited to, volume of referral sites, number of testimonials, active KOLs, and lead conversion
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree desirable
3+ years of marketing and/or customer advocacy experience. Healthcare experience desirable
Proven track record of managing cross functional programs
Customer needs focused; collaboration and influencing skills with cross GBU and cross functional team members
Ability to build and cultivate trusted relationships throughout a large organization
Track record of innovative thinking and execution
Entrepreneurial experience desirable

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $80,000 to $180,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
