WhoFi helps community spaces like libraries, parks, and museums positively impact the communities they serve. This is accomplished by helping them better understand how their patrons engage in the services they provide such as public WiFi which allows them to make data influenced decisions in addition to aiding in advocacy efforts. This is continuously accomplished in new ways that are identified through our team's frequent conversations with our partners. Partners referenced here are the community spaces we serve. We are looking for a team member that would like to make an impact not only at WhoFi but within the community spaces we serve.

Partner Advocates guide our partners through their journey with WhoFi, while advocating for their needs within the team. The Partner Advocate role is to create an overall positive partner experience. This is accomplished through educating our partners on how to achieve their goals through the use of the current service. Additionally identifying new ways to better serve them through conversations relating to their goals and priorities.

This is a full time, Monday - Friday position with benefits:

Partner Advocate Responsibilities:

  • Foster partner relationships
  • Advocate for partners needs
  • Provide creative solutions to partner inquiries
  • Guide partners through their entire WhoFi journey
  • Create educational content for partners
  • Root cause identification and resolution of partner issues
  • Provide partner setup services
  • Review partner accounts to ensure proper maintenance
  • Provide feedback to management on service improvements / requests
  • Champion adoption of new service offerings to current partner base
  • Clearly document the activities above for management review
  • Perform various tasks as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • College degree
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Must enjoy speaking with partners and employing active listening skills
  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Technically adept, experienced with smartphones, tablets, or WiFi hotspots
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Results oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
