Job Summary:
This position plays a crucial role in the success of Gauge by reaching out to private sellers who are already trying to sell their vehicles online and explaining to them how our process works at no cost, and no contract, to them. The end-goal of this role is to end the call with scheduling a time for us to inspect their vehicle.
Job Duties:
- Identify the right vehicles for us to target
- Identify and locate new customers through a variety of methods including networking and outbound calling
- Transparently communicating with private sellers through inbound and outbound channels to effectively communicate the Gauge experience and process
- Clearly document all calls, interactions, and pertinent details
- Communicate with all levels of the organization
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year previous experience in customer service, and/or sales is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR is required
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required
- Available to work some Saturdays (with comp day the following week)

- Proficient with Google Suite
