Overview and Responsibilities:
The Customer Communications Coordinator will be a part of the Marketing Department located in our Corporate Headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA on a hybrid schedule. In this role you will collaborate with vendors and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer communications while finding opportunities to improve process efficiency, costs, and timing. The Customer Communications Coordinator will be a part of the Marketing Department located in our Corporate Headquarters in Baton Rouge, LA on a hybrid schedule. In this role you will collaborate with vendors and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer communications while finding opportunities to improve process efficiency, costs, and timing. Job responsibilities are as follows:
Work with management and outside vendors to coordinate the following:- Daily payment notices that are sent to customers via direct mail
- Weekly adverse action notices that are sent to prospective customers
- Weekly welcome letters that are sent to new customers via direct mail
- Daily notices that are sent to new customers with enrollment codes for the customer portal sent via email or direct mail
- Daily notices that are sent to present customers as required by the Small Dollar Rule via email or direct mail
- Collaborate with management, legal and compliance, and the IT department to ensure that the master consent, revocation, and unsubscribe database is up to date and utilized in all of the above processes.
- Deploy email and text messages campaigns to customers as needed
- Participate in the migration of existing email campaigns to SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform
- 2-5 years experience in a customer communications role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Access and Word
- Acute attention to detail and understanding of cause and effect
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Analytical skills necessary to successfully perform the responsibilities listed above
- Ability to work with and maintain large data files, compile information and prepare reports
- Ability to make sound, independent judgments within established guidelines
- Hardworking teammate, but also capable of working independently
