Pay Scale
$20.00 - 25.00 per hour + commissions
Prior to group arrival:
- Work with client on all event details and logistics
- Establish times for meetings, room set up, meals, coffee breaks, socials, etc.
- Audio/visual requirements
- On site and off-site activities
- Group agenda
- Preliminary planning form to Front Desk
Upon group arrival:
- file down to the Front Desk a copy of the agenda and vegetarian sign up sheets to folio
- confirm group’s agenda
- gift for on-site contact
- handle any changes or emergencies as they arise
- Attend weekly sales meetings and precon meetings
- Host site inspections
- Evening, weekend and/or holiday work required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required for guest interactions.
- Must be fluent in verbal and written English.
- Basic computer and typing skills required.
- Experience: Previous guest service preferred, but not essential
