QuickPouch is an established leader in the design, manufacture and customization of unique automated packaging machines for the medical device, cosmetic and high-end product industries. Sales experience is a plus! We currently have an opening in our Ronkonkoma, NY location for a Customer Relations Coordinator. Having a manufacturing background is a plus for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. responding to customer in a timely manner
  • Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely manner.
  • Interaction with all depts. to find the answer for the customer.
  • Ensuring that customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Process service calls and quotes.
  • Gather necessary information to troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, which may include arranging Skype meetings, and collecting photos and videos.
  • Track all service requests and parts quotes.
  • Assist in developing processes and procedures to improve customer service group.
  • Special projects as required.

Required Skills:

  • Able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to take thorough notes and complete daily reports.
  • Must have advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong follow up skills.
  • Must be energetic and have enthusiasm for learning our product!
  • Proactive, self-directed, detailed and organized in order to take lead of any situation.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
  • Sales experience a plus.
  • MRP knowledge is a plus.
  • Required Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years relevant customer service experience
  • Background in manufacturing equipment, parts equipment and assembly is preferred.

COMPENSATION: Is based on experience.
