Overview: Master Electronics has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Return Specialist in Phoenix, AZ.

As a* Customer Return Specialist*, you will be responsible for initiating and notifying sources of Customer Return Root Cause (RMA) and suggest preventative and corrective actions.
Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales Operations to identify customer return root cause (RMA)
• Conduct daily stock checks
• Inspect product integrity, ensuring there are no physical damages to the product(s), and are not expired or compromised
• Place non-conforming product aside into the designated holding area
• Process hardware orders
• Update the inventory systems to reflect accurate quantity on hand
• Update our online ticketing system to communicate the results of the stock checks
• Provide recommendations for improving processes in distribution center base on day to day observations
• Report findings from stock checks to Management / Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent, required
• At least one (1) year of experience in a warehouse or returns department, required
• Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 1 ounce to 50 pounds, required
• Prolonged ability to stand, bend and stoop, required
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk throughout warehouse continuously, if necessary, required
• Ability to frequently reach overhead with arms and hands, grasp and similar repetitive movements, required
• Normal range of hearing and vision, required
• Ability to accurately see small writing at a limited distance, required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook, preferred
• Solid organization skills and ability to multitask
• Possession of good oral, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to proficiently fulfill customer orders
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to work with a variety of people and situations that require patience and courtesy

Pay Range: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
