GREAT opportunity to work in a small, beautiful office in the heart of Glendale!

Duties will include: answering phone calls and greeting guests, E-mail Communications and correspondences with partners, vendors, clients, and data entry.
  • Preparing various types of documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinating and managing Company Calendar, support team meetings
  • Performing light financial tasks such as invoicing, deposits, payments
  • Inventory management in connections with Billing
  • Mail receiving/distribution, packaging of light boxes for Shipping.
