Duties will include: answering phone calls and greeting guests, E-mail Communications and correspondences with partners, vendors, clients, and data entry.

- Preparing various types of documents, presentations, and reports
- Coordinating and managing Company Calendar, support team meetings
- Performing light financial tasks such as invoicing, deposits, payments
- Inventory management in connections with Billing
- Mail receiving/distribution, packaging of light boxes for Shipping.
