Job description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Norwich, NY. .The position has been designed to provide a point of contact for customers. Communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. Customer service representatives will work closely with customers to process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner. Duties will vary daily based on the number and size of incoming orders and on the requests and inquiries made by customers. The representative will work closely with other Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Representative, Graphic Designers, the Production Supervisor and Salespeople.
Job Duties
1.Maintain positive attitude and work ethic
2.Review/enter order information
3.Review/enter pricing information
4.Calculate all other charges on order
5.Determine die size/availability
6.Email pricing for customer approval
7.Forward work orders to production supervisor
8.Assist customers with questions/resolve problems
9.Assist sales staff in providing customers with accurate information
10.Answer telephone
11.Filing/copying
12.Knowledge of excel and word
13.General upkeep of work area
14.Other duties as assigned
