Job Description Summary
The Customer Service Clerk reports directly to the Assistant Director of Admissions. The purpose of this position is to provide information and guidance regarding the services provided by the Student Enrollment Center to students, faculty, staff, and the public in a professional and customer service oriented manner.
This is accomplished by:
Providing campus and education information.
Responding to general questions with accurate and current information.
Assist with other general activities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
One (1) year of advanced study or training past the high school diploma or GED equivalency AND six (6) months of related experience.

One (1) year additional related experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
