Our company is seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service, Order Entry, and Logistics Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shipping LTL and small parcel shipments, be proficient in processing orders on Quickbooks, and be able to trace orders and email invoices for payment to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
- Process orders on Quickbooks
- Coordinate shipments with various carriers
- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Generate and email invoices for payment to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
