We are based out of South Florida with offices Nationwide. Our main location
is minutes from I-95, the Turnpike, and Federal Hwy in a beautiful 3 story call
center just around the corner from Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Job Type: Full-time (Flexible availability is needed for peak-season)

Salary: $45,000 - $75,000 per year

Experience:

  • Past Admin/Customer Service leadership role(s)
  • Experience in team building and holding individuals accountable

Brief Job Description:

The Customer Service Manager supports the organization by leading various post-sale/enrollment departments to maintain and improve client relationships in a quality manner. This individual will be responsible for leading the following departments: Customer Service, Concierge, Verification, QA, Member Care Assessment, and Medicare Part D Sales.

The role of the Customer Service Manager is to create a culture that consists of consistency, excellence, accountability, organization, and professionalism. They will also provide representatives with training to expand their knowledge of Medicare products and post-sale upselling techniques.

In addition, the Customer Service Manager analyzes data to focus on improving customer experience and implements processes to better support the organization and its existing clients.
