Affordable Senior Health Solutions understands that connection means everything, and this is why we are expanding our team with a new Insurance Sales Agent. This position allows you to connect with customers all across the country and match them with the most qualified Health Insurance carrier for their lifestyle. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business, building relationships with customers and having a GREAT TIME DOING IT!

NO License No Problem!!!!- We are committed to bringing the most highly and skilled sales professionals on our team, our training process ensures you will be fully trained before taking the licensing exam, we are so positive in our process that we will sponsor your exam.

Responsibilities:

• Paid training and mentorships for employees who want to pusue their career goals.
• Uncapped commission
• Qualify and recommend coverage based on clients needs
• We train you no previous experience or license required
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Manage customer expectations, engage customers in a timely fashion and demonstrate the ability to assess customer satisfaction.
• Become a subject matter expert in terms of insurance policies and their benefits.
• Establish a collaborative relationship with coworkers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
