We have an immediate opening for a motivated Customer Service Representative for our Sacramento, CA branch.

Responsibilities:
- Service our existing customers while working with distributors or original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) networks
- Provide product recommendations, prepare quotes and provide technical assistance
- Work closely with Branch Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Corporate Product Group Managers, Sales/Operation Management personnel.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of industrial sales background; inside sales, customer service, "B-2-B", or distributor sales
- Detail oriented – order entry through Microsoft D365 or experience working with an ERP system
- Self-starter that is as effective working alone as they are working on a team
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of a company and with customers
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a Microsoft environment; working primarily with customers through email and telephone
