Summary:
- You will be working for the Advisor Services Team within our client's Fortune 500 organization. Our client is a giant in the Financial Services/Insurance industries. They are looking for reliable and passionate individuals to join their customer service team.
Major Job Duties:
- On a typical day, you will receive 50-60 inbound calls daily.
- Handling calls from internal and external brokers.
- Servicing brokerage accounts.
- New business related, assisting with opening accounts.
- General maintenance; money movement, assistance with online access, resetting passwords, transferring assets to another etc.
- WILL BE TAKING CALL AFTER CALL.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Required skills:
- Eager to learn and open to change.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Reliable attendance and a work from home space.
Equipment:
- You MUST have your own equipment including:
- Smart Phone
- Laptop/Desktop (IOS 10 or Windows 10 and above)
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- financial services/insurance/banking: 1 year (Preferred)
