Job Title: Estimator/Customer Service

Position Summary: Responsible for the successful completion of estimating costs associated with specific customer requests. Interpret drawings to production, management and customers while providing exceptional customer service with timely customer correspondences.

Reports to: General Operations Manager

FLSA/Job Status: Full-time/Non-exempt

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Process all customer information to create a comprehensive quote timely

· Follow contractor’s guidelines and specifications

· Communicate accurately to customers and all other effected departments

· Maintain a clean workstation and office

· Support and culture a positive working environment

· Following of all safety standards

· Report any customer issues/opportunities timely

· Ensure highest quality of work to provide customers with the highest quality of product

· Perform other tasks as needed or assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

· Strong work ethic and organizational skills

· Positive attitude, team player

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment

· Strong math and problem-solving skills

· Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Experience and Education:

· High School Diploma/GED required

· 2 years manufacturing experience preferred

· Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

· Mild/quiet office noise level

· May be exposed to dust and fluctuation of inside temperatures

· Prolonged sitting
