The Customer Service Call Center role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and Commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive and efficient manner and effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls, utilizing excellent customer service
- Addresses customer complaints and concerns
- Minimum one year of Call Center experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Inbound Call Center
- Professional demeanor
- Microsoft Office: Intermediate + level
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
