Customer Service Representative
Job description
Job Overview: collect payments from customers, manage customer accounts by letters, phone calls, e-mails, etc.
Responsibilities include: contact customers as needed to collect payments and/or make payment arrangements; document communications in company software; mail final statements to customers; calculate payoff amounts on customer accounts when needed; collect & post customer payments.
Work Experience / Skills: ideal candidate will have customer service / collections experience with good phone skills and experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
