Job description
We are a small, medical supply office located in Germantown, MD. We are looking for a customer service representative with a positive attitude to join our team!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls
- Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Maintain patient records
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support service experience
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must pass a background check
Education Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
