As a
customer service representative, you are an integral part of the operation at the local branch and leadership team through various administrative tasks and projects.
- Work alongside Operations manager to complete data entry
- Receive calls for warranty, service calls then documenting requests and prepare job tickets
- Responsible for arranging work schedules
- Manage job work tickets with internal system
- Responsible for contacting national builders and customers to verify readiness of job-sites
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of customer service ethics, principles, and procedures
- Lift light to moderate weight
- Sit for extended periods of time
- Use a computer
