J.A. Bertsch Heating & Cooling is looking for a professional Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our team. Our dedication to excellent customer care is well known in our area. We are looking for an energetic person to handle inbound and outbound calls for our service and sales departments as well as assist with other administrative tasks.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience for the Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher:

• MUST pass initial and random drug testing, background checks, and reliable transportation.
• MUST have excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• MUST be proficient in typing with computers, MS Office, and Windows.
• MUST be able to talk on the telephone for 8 hours a day.
• Must have basic computer skills and be willing and able to learn new computer software programs. Experience in Service Titan is preferred.
• Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience.
