As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and recommending solutions
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed and accurate customer information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
Provide feedback on customer concerns and issues to improve our products and services
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers
Continuously update and improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers
Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of inquiries
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
