Job description

Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for working within customer portals for large box store customers such as Lowe's, Home Depot, Walmart, and many others.
The Customer Service Specialist roll will be responsible for ensuring product data within these portals is accurate and up to date. Adding new items to customer portals and EDI cross reference as needed. This position will also assist with a large volume of phone calls and take any customer service phone calls, such as installation or product questions and assisting with status updates for customer order. Entering new customer orders and ensuring that pricing is correct. The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is computer savvy, friendly and enjoys working with customers.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

• Working in customer portals for item maintenance and onboarding
• Work with EDI team to setup and maintain items to ensure optimal EDI transmission
• Answering customer service calls and emails
• Working on new customer set up, credit checks and order processing
• Assisting with Purchasing emails and entering new orders into Quick Books
• Checking shipping paperwork
• Backup shipping clerk for Ductless Supply Facility

This job requires a general knowledge of customer service. Must be detail oriented and be able to multitask. This roll will require the use of Quick Books, Excel and customer portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
