Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Provide customer service to commercial accounts, individual health insurance accounts, individual Medicare policies, group health insurance accounts, and group dental insurance accounts.

Process applications and policy changes.

Process claims and follow up on claims with the insured.

Receive and process premium payments.

Provide back up to personal lines customer service representative.

Provide support to all licensed agents in the office.

Assist in preparing proposals on Excel as directed.

Minimum requirements-High School diploma, personable, good verbal communication skills, proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365, currently have a valid Minnesota insurance license for life, health, and property & casualty or willing to complete the licensing process.

Starting annual salary range $34,000 to $37,000 depending on experience. Employer sponsored health insurance, paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays.

Pay: $34,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
