We are a local wholesale produce distributor seeking a long-term, motivated, hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team. We value individuals with positive attitudes who work well with others. Although experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate for the job.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls
- Take orders and enter them into the system
- Assist customers via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues
- Assist Sales Reps and Drivers with questions and issues
- Print and file invoices
- Track orders
- Occasionally deal with vendors and purchasing
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Work with other departments when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and service
Requirements:
- Full-time availability, including evening and weekend shifts
- Customer-focused with an energetic attitude and a desire to provide exceptional service
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate attention to detail
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
