ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Customer Service Representative/Scanner is responsible for greeting and directing guests as well as providing basic information to guests. You will be the Dealership's front-line, first impression contact with guests.

PAY SCALE INFORMATION:
$18:00-$20:00 / hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests entering dealership.
Notify appropriate parties when guests are waiting.
Handle customer concerns with integrity and poise and take or refer the customer concerns to the appropriate individual for further assistance.
Prepare and Scan documents for archiving as needed
DESIRED SKILLS:
Professional appearance, demeanor, and professional communication skills (verbal and written) are required!
In this position you are responsible for interacting with many customers, management, and other employees.
Responsible as well as able to work efficiently with varying levels of supervision and direction
Highly organized, detailed, and resourceful.
Excellent customer service skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to coordinate activities and work as part of a team; read and comprehend instructions in the English language; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; and use standard office equipment.
