Vale Group has partnered with a publicly-traded company in the aerospace industry who is actively seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Specialist to work ON-SITE in Cleveland, OH (44103)

The ideal Customer Service Sales Support Specialist candidate will have a proven track record of supporting the outside sales team in successfully meeting customer's needs to build long term profitability and maintain key customer relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide necessary support to the outside sales teams
• Enter new orders and monitor existing order status
• Remain aware of production levels and update customers of any delivery status changes
• Maintain customer relationships, drive business retention efforts, and continually seek new opportunities for growth within current customer accounts
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and strive for proactive problem solving
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure complete, timely, and accurate delivery of customer orders
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing profitability among existing accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in business, sales, marketing or related field preferred
• 3+ years experience as an account executive, or in a sales support/customer service role within manufacturing, aerospace preferred
• Knowledge of marketing strategy and ability to conduct market research
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and SAP preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
