Eaton’s EPG BLD BLine Division division is currently seeking a Cycle Counter Day Shift.
The hourly rate for this position is $25.24 per hour.

In this function you will:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of cycle count program.
- Conduct cycle counts per ABC classification and frequency parameters in ERP system.
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of all inventory bin locations, vendor managed inventory and transit material.
- Generate, maintain, and monitor reports to communicate inventory accuracy.
- Work with team members to streamline processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on errors.
- Manage & Update standard operating procedures for inventory management system.
- Lead yearly physical inventory process and develop standard work instructions.
- Train new employees on yearly physical inventory processes.
- Cross-trainable in Shipping and Receiving.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
- Contribute to positive team environment.
- Maintains housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and hazard-free

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in manufacturing warehouse environment
- Minimum of 1 year of previous of experience with Microsoft (primarily Excel)
- Previous experience with ERP/MRP Software
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Reno, NV will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Forklift certified or willing to be certified
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing warehouse environment
- 2+ year of previous experience with ERP/MRP Software
- SAP System Knowledge
