Dallas RDC Warehouse

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary function of this position is to pick and deliver parts within a warehouse. You will be responsible for keeping and maintaining a safe, clean and organized environment. Being able to safely operate a vehicle within the warehouse and production environment is a necessity and will be a requirement of this job. Details are dependent on duties assigned but in general consist of the following:

• Works in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• 2nd shift with standard hours from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm and overtime can/will be scheduled both on the front and back end of the shift along with potential Saturdays.
• Fast paced environment.
• Receives, checks, assigns locations, stores and/or delivers material, parts and tools throughout the warehouse.
• Prepares parts for shipment including picking parts with an RF system, packing, verifying quantity, applying shipping labels, completing paperwork, weighing/transporting to loading area and/or loading truck. May build crates or boxes for shipping.
• Sorts, checks, counts, and/or expedites material, parts and/or tools used in the warehouse.
• Receives, identifies, checks for accuracy, determines disposition and/or stores goods from other warehouses or suppliers.
• Performs other miscellaneous tasks to support other team members.
• Moves and positions loads.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

Driving with this position- Vehicles listed below in the description

Required:

• Lifting up-to 50LBS
• Standing for long periods of time
• Bending, picking up and pulling
• Metatarsal boots

Types of Machines, Tools and Equipment Used or Operated:

Varies by specific duties. Includes but not limited to; forklifts, low level order pickers, high level order pickers, Taylor Dunns, pack out stations with various hand and power tools such as staplers and paper dispensers.

SKILL/ KNOWLEDGE/ ABILITY/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Good attendance
• Ability to work safely and efficiently while producing good quality
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction and written processes
• Basic English communication skill

This position will participate in the Pilot onboarding program.
