The Gist…

As a more junior data team member, the Data Analyst will work with the Data Architect, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, and collaborate with other teams across CDC to collect and analyze requirements.

What Your Day Might Include…

• Work alongside of Data team, responsible for setting up and implementing data and automation framework in the environment
• Assist in setting up pipelines to insure automation of incoming data
• Visualize data using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

You'll Bring These Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience
• DataOps and Automation Experience
• Must understand Automation and have experience with DataBricks and DataOps.
• Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
