Position Summary:

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for data.

Enhancing our team member experience through a set of world class technology platforms and the ability to drive business strategies from data driven analysis and insights can provide a strategic advantage to an award-winning organization. We are thrilled to invest in a driven, quality-focused, detail-oriented Data & Reporting Analyst to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing valuable data insights by analyzing data for reporting to positively impact our success as well as through developing automated, robust dashboards that enable Account leaders to access critical information to inform and drive their business.

Capabilities:

• Responsible for data compilation, data management, data analysis and reporting for our largest customer
• Deliver recurring reports and dashboards on business performance
• Ability to create reports/dashboards related to Forecasting, budgeting, performance and SLA’s
• Ability to pull data from multiple sources; compiling the data into meaningful insights that drive actions within the organization

• Knowledge and understanding designing dashboards
• Supports designs and implementation of analytic frameworks and strategy roadmap
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create a story with data and visual analytics
• Ability to make recommendations for action

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of previous experience in analytics, reporting and enterprise systems
• Strong acumen of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Power Apps, Dynamics, PowerPoint, Access and Word

• Experiencing in data analysis and presenting data in a consumable, impactful executive level format
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail
• Must have the ability to effectively and efficiently work with changing priorities
• General understanding of technology and data file
• High level of enthusiasm and organizational skill

• Self-motivated, ability to work with little or no oversight while possessing a solution seeking attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience & Warehouse Experience
