As a Data Link Subject Matter Expert, you have an opportunity to contribute your real-world experiences to a project supporting a no-fail mission. Our client will trust you to provide operational data link knowledge and recommended solutions to the development of a training curriculum, technical orders and manuals, and in-person training delivery to current warfighters. On our team you will collaborate closely with system engineers, information assurance professionals, and technical writers to deliver a complete product package.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience as an Interface Control Technician and Data Link Manager in an operational DoD Command and Control (C2) unit
- Experience as a formal technical school instructor or unit-level data link instructor
- Knowledge of current Data Link procedures
- Ability to teach Command and Control concepts to a large audience in a variety of operational settings
- Ability to travel to local Booz Allen offices and client sites, as needed
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with working in a Battle Control System-Fixed (BCS-F) unit
- Completion of one or more Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Courses, including JT-101 or higher
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Work Model
