Job description
Delaney Liquors is seeking a data entry specialist to perform data entry using our POS system (Lightspeed), eCommerce platform (City Hive), and our external Excel database. This individual will be part of our Data Team responsible for reporting, data accuracy, and order processing of our five liquor retail locations in Connecticut. The right person will build upon their previous quantitative experience and use it to quickly pick up data entry skills in our industry's context.
SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or similar database software.
- Highly comfortable performing quantitative tasks.
- Highly comfortable around technology and can intuitively troubleshoot technological problems.
- Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds.
- Detail oriented and organized, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Ability to multitask, time manage, and prioritize.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
WORK SCHEDULE
- 40 hours per week.
- Monday - Friday.
- Occasional weekend work as needed.
