We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join as a Project-Based Contract File Clerk / Data Entry professional at a non-profit organization based in San Diego.

This is a project-based role with an immediate start, offering an excellent opportunity for candidates who are currently unemployed and available to begin work immediately. Responsibilities:
Sort and organize physical and digital documents according to established filing systems.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that information is recorded promptly and correctly into designated databases or spreadsheets.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling documents and data.
Assist in scanning and digitizing paper documents to create electronic files, ensuring their proper organization and accessibility.
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in file clerk or data entry roles is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and data management software.
