JOB DESCRIPTION

This resource will be required to work on-site at the Operations center location in Akron, OH and follow COVID protocols and safety regulations.

Hours: 8-5

Responsibilites:

• To ensure timely contact of members and attorneys regarding bankrupt account activities and proceedings.
• To maintain accurate and complete records of all activity in area of responsibility.
• To provide informed, professional assistance and support to all members and associates, internal and external. To troubleshoot and resolve inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.
• Successfully pass monthly bankruptcy scorecard
• Successfully pass monthly call evaluations

Must Have:
-Significant experience with Microsoft Word Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
-Strong typing skiils

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
