We are currently searching for nighttime Kitchen Team Members to work at our location: 4285 State Bridge Road, Alpharetta, GA 30022. We are looking for humble, hardworking, positive people who enjoy giving their best to serve others.

This position focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective staff positioning, hospitality, and cleanliness. This position works closely with the Training & Operations Director to ensure operational goals are met and that our team members are equipped and led to be successful. The Kitchen Team Member treats those they work with, as well as guests, with honor, dignity, and respect.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepares daily catering orders.
• Performs quality control of food products to ensure they are up to standards. While complying with Food and Safety Rule and Regulations
• Responsible for shift preparation including ensuring kitchen is properly organized and clean. Preparing for shift change, ensuring your peers will be well prepared.
• Responsible for preparing/expediting service of high quality food, in a timely manner
• Follows guidelines for proper portioning to ensure a perfect product every time.
• Tracks food and supplies inventory on a monthly basis.
• Ensures that kitchen is clean throughout shift and at closing.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe Qualification recommended (not required)
