Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a candidate to join our team to perform various tasks such as product deliveries, inventory control, as well as shipping and receiving of all products related to copier equipment and other office products.

Approximately 50-70% of this position will consist of the delivery of copiers, printers and related office products out of our Tempe office, to our clients in the Northern Arizona region surrounding Flagstaff. Due to this primary responsibility, the ability to handle driving a 16-20 foot box truck, along with frequent full days of driving, is required.

Other tasks in this position include shipping, receiving and processing of vendor and branch-to-branch shipments; processing and staging daily orders for Shop setups; processing order returns; operating a forklift & pallet jack; shipping parts & supplies to Field Technicians and customers; performing routine inventory counts, as well as other general warehouse duties as assigned.

The right candidate for this multi-faceted position is self-motivated, a good written and oral communicator, can multi-task very well, is able to handle sensitive technical equipment with care, and has a sensible approach to good customer service, both internal and external.

The position is full time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm and pays $20 per hour. There is also a cell phone reimbursement plan to compensate for work related use.

We provide initial On-The-Job training as well as ongoing training as-needed. Uniform shirts are also provided; however work pants, not jeans, along with work boots/shoes are required.

Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Prior delivery experience
• Prior warehouse experience
• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Self-motivated, but also be able to work cohesively with a remote team
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds periodically throughout the day
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions and over mountain pass roads
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft office programs is preferred.
• Must have a clean-cut appearance, no visible tattoos or piercings are allowed.
• Must have a clean driving record with no DUI or reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years.
