Beverage Delivery Driver (Hours are from 5:00 AM until route is complete [est. 3:00 PM] Tuesday - Friday) up to 46 hours per week as business demands. In this position the person will be working alone and report to a Team Driver Lead daily.

TERRITORY: Austin / San Antonio / Hill Country footprint. Most accounts will be within your geographic area.

POSITION REQUIRES: Must be at least 21 years of age, have a valid Driver's License, a clean driving record, pass a thorough background check and meet other company requirements.

JOB OBJECTIVE: Drivers are assigned a specific route or group of accounts within a region of cities to service. Must be able to work independently and build a rapport with account personnel/management, vendors, and customers.

WHAT DOES A FAVORITE BRANDS DRIVER DO? Our drivers will be responsible for delivery and service of all accounts on assigned routes. This includes but is not limited to:

1) Verify product per load sheet and load truck in the a.m.

2) Delivery and checking in of pre-ordered products into select route accounts;

3) Verifying load-to-invoice accuracy and work with office if corrections are needed;

4) Replenishing inventory levels of Favorite Brands beer, wine and/or spirits portfolio by moving from backroom into cold section or displayable retail areas throughout store;

5) Rotating products where newest product is in back and oldest product is in front on retail shelfs and in coolers to identify and maintain code dates;

6) Assisting in display building, filling or display maintenance in stores assigned;

7) Building good relationships with accounts serviced;

8) Keeping and maintaining delivery paperwork signed and organized; and

9) Following all procedures to complete check in / check out duties.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? This is a physical job and requires candidates to lift / lower up to 140 lbs. and perform tasks that involve stooping, walking, bending, climbing stair/ladders, searching for items and standing on concrete and working in and around refrigerated coolers for long periods of time. Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and the ability work well in public settings. Must have active cell phone for daily communication, and be able to handle some power equipment (walkie / stacker – [will train for certification]), and manual tools (dollies, box cutters and U-boat stocking trucks). Must be flexible and willing to adapt to changing market needs. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
