Our Dental Assistants provide support to our doctors and everyone in our office. They are responsible for assisting our doctors and the professional dental staff with treatment.

• Delivering quality and compassionate care to every patient

• Guiding our parents and patients through our process before treatment

• Educating patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instructions

• Preparing for each patient examination and treatment

• Taking x-rays and save to patient charts

• Responsible for the operational readiness of the operatory rooms

• Preparing tray setups for dental procedures

• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment

• Cleaning chairs and rooms

• Assisting professional dental staff with treatment

• Documenting patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart

• Assist with suctioning, holding retractors and suture cutting during surgical procedures

• Responsible for adhering to all government regulations and company standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Training and/or Experience

Graduation from a senior high school

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics

• High focus on customer service and satisfaction

• Must love working with children- YOU GOTTA LOVE KIDS

• Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents and staff

• Integrity, always doing the right thing

• Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled

• Computer skills: Computer literate

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

X-ray certification, certified dental assistant credentials may be required for specific positions.

We are looking for assistants whatever your experience may be. Anywhere from: entry level, and you want to start a new journey to advanced expanded function. Salary will be determined during interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
