We are searching for a rock-star Dentist to join our fun & energetic practice! We are not stuck in the dark ages of dentistry. We are constantly researching current treatment protocols, technologies & software, and implementing the best ones in our daily practice systems, to improve our patient’s experience.

Pathway to success with Odyssey Dental. We are seeking an Associate Dentist for our growing office without the opportunity of partnership, as that does not fit our business model currently. A skilled doctor should be able to produce $100K to $150K within 8 to 12 months as patients become familiar with a new provider. We can accommodate a mentee with the following skill sets listed below.

Experience with the following is critical to your success:

· Crown and bridge

· Oral surgery

· Endo

· Restorative

· Implants

· Comprehensive treatment planning

Dr. Joseph is one of only 3 Board Certified Comprehensive Dentists in the state of North Carolina. With one in Charlotte, one in Raleigh, and Dr. Joseph here in the Triad area. A Board-Certified Comprehensive Dentist is classified as an expert within all the disciplines of dentistry. She is currently ranked in the top 1% of dentists in the world. Dr. Joseph takes more than 350 hours of CE annually, to provide world-class care for her patients. This is truly beneficial for our patients as they can have all options presented to them, rather than a Dentist only presenting the options they are familiar with. This also allows the patient to stay in one office, building trust and rapport with their dentist and team.

We have built a great culture within our office, by rewarding and praising our team for delivering exceptional care and ensuring patients receive an EPIC experience. Because of our EPIC Team, we have over 500 Google reviews and maintain a 5 Star rating on Google and Facebook. Our team believes in peer-to-peer accountability, and expressing what winning looks like to them and what’s preventing them from winning. We have implemented the newest technology and equipment within our office. For our software, we use Open Dental, and Dental Intelligence for tracking our numbers. We have a VaTech for panoramic & CBCT scans, VaTech and Digital Doc handheld X-rays, I Cam4D by Imetric4D, SprintRay, Trios 3, I Tero Element, Gemini Diode Laser, Piezo Ultrasonic, and we are expanding our office to accommodate a future in house lab and more treatment rooms.

Our Associate Dentist would alleviate a lot of the general dentistry procedures from Dr. Joseph’s schedule, allowing Dr. Joseph to focus more on specialty procedures such as same-day implant dentures, and other full mouth makeovers, which we are backlogged for almost 4 months now.

Salary: a minimum of $700.00 per day, for the first 6 months, and then the negotiated rate thereafter
