We are searching for the right person to learn our business from the ground up and grow with us.

Signs By Tomorrow is a national manufacturer of custom signs, graphics and displays. We use a broad range of design software, printers, routers, cutters, lasers, plotters & hand tools to produce the custom solutions our clients want and need.

You will work with our project managers to take a project from beginning through completion. That includes needs assessment, estimating, design, production, and installation.

We will train you from the ground up. The faster you learn the more we will teach you. You will never know it all because every day brings something new, in a custom manufacturing business like Signs By Tomorrow .

This position ultimately leads to Senior Project Manager or even other managerial roles. Only you can limit where you go at Signs By Tomorrow .

We will be upfront, the way we work does not suit everyone … we are fast-paced and we’re hungry. But, if you are someone that wants to learn and can be fulfilled by conquering challenges, then this could be a match made in heaven.

Job Qualifications:

• Work hard with self-motivation (sitting around looking at your phone does not cut it)

• Able to think independently and out of the box

• Some training and/or experience with design software (Illustrator is required)

• Proven ability to use hand tools (even with all our fancy machinery we still use them every day)

• Enjoy and are good at communicating real-time with other humans both in person & via email and phone.

• Production experience in sign manufacturing or related fields is a plus but not required.

• Must be able to demonstrate your past success working within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)
• Sign Manufacturing / Vinyl: 5 years (Preferred)
