Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Time and a half after 40 hours

Qualification Requirements:
- Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- High school Diploma with three to five years heavy duty tractor trailer repair experience
- Post-secondary vocational education strongly preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license - CDL Class A is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow and ensure safety standards and recognize hazards to insure personal and communal/public safety
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including preventative maintenance, inspections,
- Repair to air and hydraulic brakes, tires, warranty procedures, driveline, steering and suspension, electrical, mobile AC refrigeration, and overhaul and engine rebuilds, with safety as the top priority.
- Identify, diagnosis, and resolve tractor and trailer related issues, i.e. Rand McNally, tachometer, speedometer, power steering, power divider, U-joint, transmission, rear end, A/C, starter, alternator, APU, etc.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractor a equipment including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders.
- Document work order details within the Company’s internal order and billing program.
- Ensure proper documentation is complete, including permits, repair orders, filing, etc.
- Abide by all Company policies and safety rules and assist in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and take appropriate actions, recommend process changes, and initiate improvements.
- Be a positive role model for all team members providing support and enthusiasm – creating a professional, positive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
