The Digital Marketing Associate for the Dog & Cat businesses supports the Nylabone, Four Paws and Cadet brands. This role will sit on the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing team reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, and support Website Projects, Email Marketing, SEO, & Social Media.

Digital Marketing -
- Maintain brand website product assortment through on-going updates and semi-annual cleanup.
- Work with our Web Development team to manage the resolution of all website fixes.
- Utilize our content management system to add new blog articles to our websites and create new landing pages.
- Setup, schedule, and report on the performance of newsletters for Nylabone & Four Paws, and Cadet.
- Execute and assist with driving the strategy on key email marketing projects to drive greater email subscriber growth and engagement.
- Own PriceSpider Where-to-Buy and Ratings & Review tools QA & issue resolution.
- Update Where-to-Buy landing page and ad landing page retailer links to maintain correct retailer selection for featured products.
- Upload and properly tag all relevant digital assets (images & videos) into Salsify. Send notification to DigiComm team of new assets added.
- Schedule brand social media posts using online scheduling tool.
- Assist with Brand Ambassador program by ordering relevant products and packaging & shipping to Brand Ambassadors.
- Own DigiComm Marketing Menu to provide internal teams with greater visibility into digital and e-commerce channels for supporting brand marketing initiatives.
General Duties & Responsibilities -
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research that guides our brands’ communications and marketing strategies.
- Produce competitive analyses.
- Participate in team brainstorms to discuss how insights translate into actionable brand recommendations.
- Manage winner selection and prize fulfillment for Nylabone, Four Paws, and Cadet giveaways and contests.
- Utilize reporting to demonstrate results of digital marketing efforts to team.
- Provide support to the overall digital team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant digital marketing experience with focus on email marketing, SEO, and website content management.
- Experience with email automation platform, Google Analytics, content management system. Experience with HTML a plus.
- Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness to take complete ownership over specific activities while adapting to quick changing shifts in priorities.
- Proficiency using the applications within MS Office.
- Experience owning reporting on and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.
- Eagerness to test and learn, with a willingness to fail, but the drive to succeed.
- Outstanding problem solving and prioritization skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others and drive results through collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment that emphasizes excellence and teamwork.
