Title: Manager, Digital Marketing (Temp)
Salary: Expected base pay rate for this role will be between $117,000 and $125,000 USD per year at the commencement of employment.
However, if hired, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis (pay rates may vary) and is only one part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include discretionary bonuses and other IMAX sponsored benefit programs.

Required Skills
Responsibilities:
Supporting IMAX’s diverse consumer marketing initiatives across live event, brand, and brand business units the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for messaging strategy as well as the development and implementation of paid media campaigns, SEM campaigns, and CRM campaigns.
- Drive and implement innovative digital marketing and media strategies for the Marketing organization to maximize IMAX exposure, brand value, and ticket sales
- Oversee all aspects of the development of digital marketing communication campaigns (ideation, creative and execution) in partnership with multiple teams (e.g., Film Marketing, Exhibition Marketing, etc.)
- When necessary and appropriate, work directly with media properties to implement campaigns within budget while delivering on objectives
- When necessary and appropriate, lead and direct partner agencies to ensure delivery of objectives within budget and industry leading execution
- Ongoing evaluation and research into new tools, resources, and applications to enhance digital marketing initiatives
- Understand IMAX’s unique audiences, customer journeys, product initiatives in order to run segmented and personalized campaigns - including newsletters, solo emails, etc.
- Own the development and ongoing maintenance of a Lifecycle / CRM Calendar, to ensure clear planning, and so consumer journeys meet the needs of marketing stakeholders
- Establish CRM marketing best practices – from segmentation, to mailing cadence, to campaign compliance – to optimize results, scale and relevance
- Ensure accurate and timely campaign performance reporting for paid media and CRM initiatives
Requirements/Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is essential
- 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or direct-to-consumer marketing
- A ‘fan-centric’ mentality and experience driving audience-based initiatives
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of CRM, digital media (paid, earned, programmatic, SEM), digital advertising creative, and social media
- A strong understanding of consumer behaviors and trends
- A passion for technology, entertainment, and/or fandoms is strongly preferred
