We are looking for a Full-Time on-site Digital Marketing Manager who must have solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills, and should possess knowledge of all aspects of Ecommerce, Marketing, KPI development, and must be willing to collaborate with various business units to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the lead for strategic planning, management, and execution of paid search campaigns, including set-up, development and implementation of strategies, campaign structure, and budget management
  • Responsible for leading Amazon marketing activities
  • Optimize the PPC strategy with Amazon to optimize budget and results while managing growth and forecast
  • Report results monthly to internal and HQ team members
  • Manages and updates, optimizing websites through a data driven approach
  • Takes initiative to develop and grow our brand by improving our online presence
  • Lead search marketing campaigns across Google and Microsoft, including day-to-day strategy, reporting, analysis, and optimization

Required Skills:

  • 3+ year of digital marketing experience
  • Possesses current knowledge of resources, organizations and industry policies and practices
  • Experience in Amazon Marketing Services (Advertising Console/AMS, DSP, AMG)

Desired Skills:

  • SA 360
  • Google Ad Scripts
  • Microsoft Advertising Scripts
  • Experience Managing large-scale search campaigns
  • Experience across both B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Proficient in analytical tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Omniture), Search Engine Desktop Tools (Google AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor), Bid Management Tools (DoubleClick Search, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Strategize, conceptualize, and execute campaigns across digital channels that continue to grow our brand
  • Anticipate emerging opportunities in the digital marketing environment
  • Drive measurable impact (KPI's) to the business through growing pipeline
  • Partner closely with Sales to develop alignment needed to set the business up to hit growth targets
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success to automate and optimize marketing flows
  • Develop marketing hypotheses and test assumptions with quantitative analysis
  • Optimize targeted campaigns to drive results within distinct customer segments
  • Source and manage external contractors and agencies to augment marketing efforts when needed
  • Source, optimize, and implement appropriate marketing tools to deliver positive ROI to the business
