We seek an innovative and driven digital communications native who will combine marketing and digital experience with strong relationship and project management skills to execute and deliver integrated marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and communications team and cross-functionally with the Firm’s practice and industry leaders. This role is fast-paced, supporting a wide spectrum of needs and responsibilities. This role will be highly involved in helping lead the Firm to a best-in-class digital marketer. This role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of the Elliott Davis industry, business and offering
- Execute and manage digital ad, search, web, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with Practice and Industry marketing, strategy, and creative teams to ensure that digital strategies are properly integrated within larger marketing programs, including, but not limited to Search, Social, Display and Email.
- Responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and ROI for all digital acquisition channels
- Devise new ways of driving traffic to the company website
- Regularly maintain and update the website as required (WordPress proficient)
- Edit thought leadership, manage, and write copy, as needed for email and social media marketing campaigns, among others
- Tracks performance of marketing initiatives using Google Analytics, Google & Paid Search platforms (PPC campaigns in general), Social Media platforms, and Email automation platforms and optimizes programs.
- Act as in-house subject matter expert and go-to support for the following digital marketing tools and platforms:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics Suite (Tag Manager, Data Studio)
- Moz and/or SEM Rush
- Email Automation Platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- LinkedIn Ads
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or PR or related field
- 3+ years of professional B2B marketing experience - professional services or technology a plus
- Team-oriented approach, with the ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Superior project management skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Experience working with a team in a virtual mode with remote resources; track record of achieving results in a matrixed organization
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in digital analytics and social tools, including paid social buying platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and Google Analytics, experience in WordPress
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and experience developing conversion tactics
- Proficiency with CRM for digital communications a plus
