Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing plans. This includes setting marketing goals, identifying target audiences, and developing messaging and creative assets that align with brand guidelines and the unique selling points of each property.
- Develop and audit killer marketing content that shows off our properties' best features. We're talking marketing automation, photography/videography, SEO, and visual media. You'll be the one to make sure everything looks polished, professional, and downright impressive.
- Take our social media presence to the next level. You'll manage our social profile, social media, and reputation-based platforms and create content that engages our followers. You'll also track metrics and use data to make our social media strategy even stronger.
- Keep up to date on emerging marking technologies and industry trends and what our competitors are doing. We're always looking for ways to improve, and you'll be our eyes and ears in the multifamily world.
- Creating regular reports and presentations that summarize marketing performance and provide insights into areas of improvement. This includes creating dashboards and visualizations to make complex data easy to understand for stakeholders across the organization.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives. This includes conducting paid search, A/B testing, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Administrative tasks related to the departments, such as invoices, setting up new vendors, collecting content across all departments for internal communication, working with operations support and training department to facilitate training as needed, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent experience in marketing
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the multifamily industry
- Experience with graphic design and/or content creation. You should have a basic understanding of graphic design principles and experience creating content for social media, email, and other digital channels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be a self-starter who can take initiative but also someone who plays well with others. Researching and leveraging available resources to identify solutions plays a key part in this role
- Familiarity with technology such as social media, HTML, AI tools, CRM, PMS, CMS, GA4, SEO, etc
- A passion for developing a seamless UX/UI
- Attention to detail. We're sticklers for accuracy and quality, and we're looking for someone who is, too. This applies to strong and effective written and verbal communication skills with all stakeholders and partners
